Refund policy
At DAC TOY INDUSTRIES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Refund requests are available within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
The toy must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition. Broken or used products will not be eligible for a refund.
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect and verify its condition.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days.
- Return Eligibility
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without obtaining prior authorization.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
